Wondering what kind of interest I'll get on these. I just bought my first boat in October and put a set of Wetsound Icon 8's on it. Im thinking Id like the Revs better so I'm looking to sell these. The boat has only been out a handful of times since Ive had it and the speakers are still mint. I paid 750 for them and Id like at least 650.00. Thats cheaper than the "open box" price on crutchfield. Boat is going back to dealer for some cosmetic stuff and winterize next week so I probably wont have time to pull them off til it comes back. Speakers are black with fixed mounts. Thanks

Jason

The stereo game is addicting :) the icons are great speakers I'm sure you will have no problem selling them.

See if your dealer will give you credit for them. That's what my dealer is doing for us. they put notes in the order to not even install them.

Would make sense if I bought another Axis... leaving wakeboats all together.

IMO for towers (for people that like it loud) there are really only 2 choices... rev10s powered by SD2 or 410's powered by SD4... either setup will make 99.99 percent of people more than happy.

The Icon 8s are a solid choice as well but IMO need an SD2 running them or they are simply not that impressive... Just my 2 cents :)

I push a pair of Rev10s with a Arc Audio 600.2 feeding each speaker 400 watts, I'm very happy [emoji16]

Great setup! Arc audio makes some great stuff! I should add there are lots of quality amp options I just put the most common WS amp to match up to them.

Question. Im going to be replacing my single pair of Icons with a pair of Rev 10's. I have an Htx 2 that is currently powering those Icons. My plan was to move that Amp to the in boats and buy something else for the Revs. Id rather not spend north of 500 for tower amp. Im seeing Rockford amps that say "350 watts @ 2ohms" or "200 @ 4ohms". Is there a benefit to running them at 2 ohms and if so how would I do that. Is there a setting on the amp? I dont see any switches on my htx2 i currently have. The other question, that Htx2 that i want to run my in boats on, can i run four in boats on that 2 channel amp? Im assuming i can just use one channel for each side, and daisy chain them together, if thats even the right terminology. I dont know much about stereo stuff, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Jason
