My Axis originally came with 400 lb bags in the rear and the drain hose from the bags to tanks was routed back into engine compartment creating a 4 - 5 in loop (1st image). It wasn't much of a problem until I upgraded to 900 Sumo bags and was left with too much water that couldn't drain.

It was a 10 minute fix per side to remove the cover (2nd image), remove the hose from tank, twist the elbow towards the front of the boat, and then to replace everything (3rd image).

Did all the 09's have carpeted rear compartments or did you do that yourself?

I'm not sure about all 09s, but this one came this way.
