Thanks. Its not glue but non-skid. Waiting to see if my wife notices that I took some of it from the kitchen drawers. I'll blame the dog or the 2 year old.

Never used clamps. Im still using a ratchet strap from the rail under the swimdeck though a hole in the surfgate to the tiedown loop.

Just got another sheet of hdpe and increased the surfgate face 20% - really happy with it!
