Here is a quick video showing how to remove a prop without a puller. I have a puller but can't use it on a 5 blade prop like this cinco.

That's how i had to remove mine. The blades are too close together for a puller of any kind.

When we were testing the 5 blade, I worked with Eric at OJ and he gave me a prop knocker. It is a nub type that screws onto the back and you hit it with a hammer. The blade then just comes off. A couple minutes and you're good. Haven't seen anybody else with one, but once we got the final product of what the 5 blade needed to be, I haven't pulled it off.

I have one and tried it on a prop that had been on for about 8 months (initially torqued to 35 ft.lbs). I couldn't get it off and had to use the torch method.
