I did that size as well. Went to a local shop and had them cut 1/4" black plastic that works perfect

It is best to remove the rack,install everything on the rack including the wiring so you just have to plug and play once you get it in

Is that 3 SD6s and jl 1200/1v3? What does your system consist of?

3 x SD6 amps
1 x jl 1200 amp(powers the sub only)
6 x xs 650 Rgb's in boat
4 x Rev 8's on the tower
1 x JL 12W7AE-3 subwoofer
