You inspired me to take a shot at making one. We finished in less the a week working on it in the evenings. This is it before we put final paint job on it.

I did it a little out of order. I did two layers of glass on both sides first. Then a ton of sanding to try and smooth out. The color you see is just a basic car primer that my buddy through on at his body shop. We are going to test it this weekend. (Its going to be 70 this weekend in south texas.) If it works, he is going to put a bad ass candy paint job on it. I will keep you posted to let you know how the car paint holds up.

Dude i'm so stoked for you :D what did u end up using for fins? I have a few spares from my cwb ride that im gunna mount on ours.

For the grip on top we are going to cut up one of those puzzle looking mats that you buy from walmart and glue strips on with gorilla glue

For the fins I used some off my old board. By the way this board handled way better then my old one too.

I like your idea with the puzzle pieces for the top.
Thanks

@ lake wake. I have the front PNP full center tank empty, surf side tank and 750lb bag full, 400lb sack on surf side, wedge down. I was still draining non-surf side bags in that video.

The 400lb bag was on the seat on the surf side. We were running 11 mph.
