Hey everyone. I am tired of filling my bow bag that I have on the bow cushions and am looking into getting some lead. Does anyone have a preference between leadwake.com vs wakeballast.com? Aside from the slight size differences I can't really tell much difference. WB states that it is using "steel pellets, not LEAD. Lead is known to cause cancer." LW states they
"contain 100% recycled steel material." Did LW use lead initially if WB is calling that out specifically? They both seem to be out of a good nylon. It really just seems to be the internal material and WB is a couple inches bigger in both directions. Any input would be awesome. Thanks.

I think whichever one you can get a coupon out of would be the best.. I have never heard anyone complain about either of the companies.

To finish this off. I ordered 500 lbs from leadwake and they are extremely nice. Jared was extremely helpful and super quick to respond. He took a good 20 minutes with me on the phone, bsing for 15 of those. Bags all came USPS and felt bad for my mail man. He wanted to make sure that there weren't any more coming. Unpacked them all and even though the boxes we totally beat up everything inside was great. No problems. Now I just need the ice to go away so we can go use them.

At some point USPS is going to get smart and put a weight limit on those boxes. Every story I hear about lead weight shipments always ends bad for the postal delivery person! :)
