I don't see much posted about this board especially for how cheap it is.

It is a true skim board. It lacks the rails a normal skim has. I would definitely place it in the advance skim category.

It's my one and only skim board and I'm not a fan. I've thought about having it painted and hanging it in my daughters room

Don't own one but it is understanding that the Debut is a great beginner/child/small wife kind of board. Easy for first timers and small people to get up on and it's made of birch so it's pretty bulletproof. Lots of recommendations and reviews on TMC saying the same

I would say the Debut is the CWB Ride or LQ Broadcast of the skim. Entry level just to get you going.

I wouldn't put it in that same category. I wouldn't let an entry level rider ride it. This board has only one fin and it is pretty small. It being solid wood, it doesn't float very well and sits low in the water. It is pretty slick to ride. It feels like it wants to turn outside the wake. It spins extremely easy. I have the LF TC Custom. I would consider it a beginner board.
