Hey guys,

I've got my new a22 arriving just in time for xmas.... And a merry xmas it will be! My first winter project will be figuring out the best way to protect the boat during transport. Does anyone have any slick ideas for a gravel guard? What's everyone else using? Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks fellas!

P.S.

My second winter project will be adding heat to my garage, cuz I'm sure that's where I'll be sleeping after my wife sees me roll this purchase up the driveway... :?

Here is what I'm looking into because I don't want them permantly on my truck. I don't tow more that 5 minutes maybe a few times a year, so I want something removable.

I have something similar on my truck, I made one from a motor home rock guard with an 8 foot piece of 1" pipe and a small piece of square tubing, just slip it in with the receiver and off you go.

I like the simplicity of the oversize mudflaps... Easy on, easy off. My only concern is oncoming traffic. I drive for about 30 miles on a gravel road to get up to the lake. Any thoughts on something I could attach to the side of the trailer?

Haven't used these, but it may be what you're looking for - http://www.trailer-rockguard.com/.
