I've looked at most of the threads and haven't found any pics of the 750lb or 1100lb bags installed in the locker (empty and full), If somebody would be so kind as to snap a few next time they are out I am just curious to see exactly how they fit and how much room is left in the locker with the 750s.

Answer to how much room is left with the 750's...NONE when full. You might get a life jacket or two on top.

So is it pretty much useless to get the 1100's if the 750's pretty much fill the thing?

there's some room with 750's. I have 5 jackets and 4 noodles on one side and don't have a problem. Sticking a problem passenger in a locker with a 750 full isn't going to happen though.
I'll try and take some pics this Sunday for you

The 1100's will not fill to their complete dimensions because the locker prohibits that but they will fill slightly more than the 750's. If you go with 1100's it's suggested to brace the engine divider walls. I chose the 750's because they fill completely and I chose to get 4 bags of steel shot that i can place in the same side of the 750 and have 950lbs in the one rear compartment for surfing.

sorry man, no pics right now, I will have to remember to take some next time out. I have 750's and they are FULL. I can fit plenty of vests and ropes and misc. things in there when they are full.

Like Johnny said, I too can fit about 6+ vests and ropes in the storage area when the 750 bag is full.

amsugg,

Who did your install? It looks nice. I am going to put bags in my boat over the winter. I have read over the PNP thread but not sure I understand how to do it.

Those sure look bigger than the 400's, is there anything under the bags?
