I know some manufactures say you can't pull tubes from the tower but haven't heard about if you can on the axis. I don't pull tubes much but every once in awhile friends will bring kids out and I don't like hooking it the the spot on the back cause the rope stays in the prop wash the whole time.

Interesting question. The Axis has a thicker tower so I checked the manual. It says maximum accessory weight 130lbs. Total rider weight no more than 600lbs. 'approved activities for usage of the tower include wakeboarding, wake skating, skiing, or tubing'. Looks like you're good for tubing!

I would not. I have seen several towers bent to hell from riderless tubes. They flip and scoop water. Thousands of pounds of drag.
