Anybody have issues filling the fuel tank all the way up?
I Put as much as the pump would let me, it was on empty and only took 37 gal. Should hold 67 gal. Gage only reads 3/4 full.

Could be a low spot in the fill line or the vent?

I had this issue the other week when I was gassing it up when I pulled it out of storage. I chalked it up to the wind was blowing 40 mph and messed it up (nothing to back this up, just didn't want to deal with it at that time). I then filled it up (no wind that time) before putting it in the lake for the summer and no issues that time. I did notice that on the full pump cylinder that gave me issues it had a fixed washer on it more towards the handle that didn't let it sit in all the way. Could have been that. Cause the other pump didn't have that and it set in like it normally does.

Also, is this a new boat?

1st couple of fills can be a bit of a PITA sometimes.

Yes this is a new boat.
I pulled the floor panel to inspect the tank and it is in fact full but still reads 3/4. Next time I pull the floor up I'll pull the sending unit out and see if I can see anything wrong. I'm also getting the MIL light so I have checked that the 02 sensors are tight, unplugged and re plugged all connections I could get at. Hopefully that issue will go away, I don't really want to drag it down to the dealer and have it sit for a month. All this with 6 hours on the clock, my last Malibu went 30 years of heavy use with no problems that I didn't cause.
