2014 T22, 360 hours. 330 monsoon. Knocking sound only when in gear. The knocking sound is consistent with rpm's. Increases with throttle, until sound appears to go away at higher rpms. When put back in the neutral the knock winds down then goes away, until put back into gear. No abnormal sounds when in neutral. Definitely have someone take a look at that. I had a drive plate break (I have no idea if thats what your noise is) when I was driving my buddies malibu. It was crazy... the plate shattered and literally ripped a hole in the trans case and metal shot out. No one got hurt but looking back at it someone could have got hit with the metal. |
