Was kikkin arround the idea of installing a Heater Craft sport elite model 200 or 300 on my '14 T22. Was wondering if anybody has installed either model, where to mount the heater core and which one fit best. Looks like a prety straight forward install but the vids that I watched show the core mounted under the dash behind the sub panel. Looks to me like a better spot would be on the port side compartment where the batteries are. Any thoughts or ideas??

The core needs to be close to where you want to put your vents otherwise you will have 20+ ft of duct work and loose some of the heat

I put in a heatercraft 4 outlet in my '14 T22. The heater core was mounted under the drivers counsel. I had one pull out in the walkway to the bow, the 2 dash pullouts (factory location) and a driver's feet vent.

Absolutely loved it. On my '18 I went with the factory heater and it is only a 3 port. I am missing the bow pullout now that it's cooling off... well, I should say my kids are missing the bow pullout...since they love to sit up there.
