Does the FAE interfere with the wedge locking pins ? It just seems like it’s in the way.

There will be no issues with the factory surf pipe and the wedge. I have this on my 2016 t23 and wouldn't have it any other way.

No problem. There are Lot of benefits such as less fumes and such but the biggest for me is noise. It's amazing surfing 15ft back or boarding 70ft back and hearing every note and lyric of the music playing. It's also awesome being able to talk to passengers in the boat while surfing.

Does the FAE make it a pain to get to the floating wedge or is access still good?

Access is still a breeze. There is a door in the swim deck that opens and you reach down. If anything the exhaust helps because you learn where it is in correlation and it makes finding the little locking pins easier.

Does the FAE effect the shape or surface of your surf wave?

Not at all, little to no effect other than the quieter, less toxic ride. The exhaust tip is not lower than the hull so has no impact on the water displacement.
