Surfing yesterday, get surf gate error. Recalibrate...

When I turn on the boat, the right arrow blinks for second, surfgate extends and tells me there is an error and to correct. I hit enter, surfgate retracts, then I get an error "surf gate locked" and it tells me to contact the dealer.

I tried to recalibrate again, same issue, disconnected battery, same issue.

Any ideas? Of course it happens over the holiday when the dealer is closed for two days... :?

Take a look at the large wires going to the SG and see if the green stripe is going to the green wire and the blue stripe is going to the blue wire.

If so, take something and tap the relay pack. It's possible it might be stuck.

Thank you for the advice. I did follow the wires and tapped the relay...No joy!

I did discover that if I fill one rear ballast, front full, wedge down, that is is an "ok" surf wave. Short and steep, BUT it works.
