You can order them at dealer or online at bakes probably. Mine broke after extremely light usage. The plastic is crap. My plan is to build an aluminum one.

Wonder if someone stepped on yours? Mine has been abused and still looks like new.

Agreed, my 2012 tray is still in great condition. I love that thing.

Could have been cracked when I got the boat, I don't know. I don't think anyone stepped on it or loaded anything other than ropes into it. The plastic where the drain hose connects is so thin, like paper thin. I think manufacturer defect but since it's already cracked I doubt the dealer would cover it.

I am wondering if there are two styles of trays floating around. There seems to one group of people who see nothing wrong with their tray and another group who think the tray was designed terribly.

I'm in the latter group. 2012 A22 all of the tray is supported on rear flange. If I don't carefully place my surf rope in the tray so it lays perfectly flat and shut the locker door my tray will crack at rear flange. I've epoxyed mine a number of times. I keep meaning to see if I can just cut off the rear flange and let it be fully supported along the side rails but I need to make sure there is enough clearance below (seems to be plenty).

The design of the tray should have given support on all 4 sides instead of just the front and back.

I have had to replace mine once. The new one seems better built. It cost $100ish from the dealer. I definitely know it isn't over $200.
