well I was hoping to discuss with my dealer Saturday but I ended up almost running out of gas and had to head back. that's the first time I have ran my boat below 1/4 tank and it disappears quickly after that lol!

I emailed him so hopefully he will have some news/info soon!

Looks great!

The extend height for the cup holders is a big plus!

Going to have to test drive at some point!

So I have a 2015 t22 before they changed the helm. My buddy has a 2017 a20 with the new helm and I find it to be a hassle to use. I for one highly dislike the wetsounds head unit because to quickly adjust the volume is not possible. The switches on the newer boats also trips me up a little when it comes to operating. It's not difficult but I must say I do greatly appreciate the simplicity of my toggle switches. There's no point to this post, I guess I just needed to vent. I currently have my boat for sale for a 2018 upgrade but I don't really see the value. Power wedge is an ok idea but again it's taking away from the simplicity. I'm curious on others opinion on the helm setup from older to newer. I would like to see a major change their before I upgrade.

I like the new gel scheme on the 18 t22! It's about time they bring a new style out.

It's a infinity head unit, but oh how I wish the new wetsounds head unit would've been ready for the 18 boats. I'm like you and prefer the toggles over the power pad buttons especially for failures.

Toggle switches for me too. I had a 2011 (with 2012 dash). Simplicity and a great wake is the reason I bought the first. Lose the PTM clamps and other fancy stuff. If that's what I'm after, I'll buy a Malibu or another boat in the price range. Axis prices are too close to the next tier of 'more plush' boats and I believe they're approaching a fine line where people may pay the extra 10-15k for another brand with more features.

I do really like the T22 changes. If I get into a boat again next year, this is a serious contender.

I was surprised to hear them talk about the new wake plus hull as well as a diamond hull offering.

The batteries in the bow look great, but they also elude to the fact there may be a bow tank?

The changes made are definitely a improvement, but until they change to a assisted tower I don't see myself in another Axis. I have a covered hoist and it gets folded some days several times and it is a huge pain with no assist and now almost every boat in this price range has a assisted tower, so even though I'm mostly happy with my boat I'll be looking at other options for my next boat

Yeah I do not like the new dash at all. I much prefer toggle switch, on and off. It was hard enough to teach newbies up for fill/down for drain, now I gotta teach people, one push for fill, 2 for drain, 3 for off, or whatever the combo is, and to pay attention to the amount of lights turned on so they know what mode it's in. I have a feeling there will be several times I'm riding down the lake and one side of the wake will get washed out because the person driving doesn't realize what's going on with the ballast because it's not as simple as up and down anymore.

There's not a bow tank, it's still a bag, at least in the A24 it is.

The tower isn't that heavy? Just look at it as an extra workout. I'd rather save the money they'd charge for the assist.
