i see you are from Knoxville. We keep our boat at Norris.

Cool. I haven't been to Norris in years. My buddy just bought a lake house on Norris near Bubba Brews. He has a 2013 axis A22 that is almost the same color as mine. If you ever see him out there, go talk to him. The wife and I may try to get up there sometime this summer. My wife just had a baby so our lake time has been limited.

I'm up near Deerfield but we were down by Hickory Star Marina over the weekend. Didn't make it all the way to Bubba Brews. Hoping to make it to Bubba Brews one of these days.

We're still well over 80% wakeboard. I'm in the forty something crowd and it's still way too much fun carving rails on butter flat water early in the morning. It's a close second to riding pow pow in Colorado. There ain't no shame in my game. I mostly ride a 55' rope and pull at 20. This cuts way down on the crashes and injury factor. On those days when I'm trying something the 24 year old next door did I'll tighten it up to 45' and slow the boat down to 18. Whatever it takes to keep the fun going ! Sure your riding changes with age but tick-tacks, butters, sprays, slides, etc. are still soooo much fun. I know all of our time comes, but keep after it. And if you don't have someone in the boat pushing you to keep going.....GET OUT THERE AND RIDE !
