I cleaned up the fuse and it worked again!

First I screwed the actuator back in so we could more easily play and attempt to troubleshoot, but in the end it was the fuse holder and fuse needed cleaning. The rubber cap had come off and water was draining from the sud deck down on the fuse holder. The hard water here built up a scale that prevented operation.

Fuse was very hard to reach/find, but easy to fix.

Mine doesn't seem like a fuse issue. I have been back at the transom checking out the surfgate electronics.

The left side gate works. The right one is dead. Doesn't make any noise, nothing. It worked fine till halfway through the surf set it just died.

Could be a bad relay. There is a BUNCH of relays involved in surfgate functionality.

I dropped it off at the new local dealer today. Hopefully it will be ready by the end of the week.

It turned out to be a bad lenco tab. It was replaced and now works good. I am noticing some software hiccups now but once the new tab gets used more I am hoping they go away.

LENCO MARINE #15059-001 Lenco 102 Series Standard Actuator - 12V - 4-1/4" Stroke

Also the 15129-001 is the Fast actuator. Mine used the 15059-001 though.
