Pretty sure 2018 is the last year for the PCM and 2019 will be the first year for in house Malibu marine-ized motors.

AKA not getting a 2019

I agree, the first batch of trailers were a disaster, bad connections, thin and missed paint, lots of rusting. Mine came of the delivery trailer rusted straight from the factory.
