Just wish they were built sooner...

I also wish they'd release the official info and pictures prior to dealers being able to order them, but I understand that they'd likely hurt dealers ability to sell in-stock boats if they publicized changes too early.

Your dealer should be able to give you most of the official info on it..

Found out today the A24 will come standard with a 17" prop for 2018. My dealer should have one by end of month.

Word on the street is Malibu screwed up and this hull turned out so good they should have made it a Malibu hull. It's gonna be that good. The question is, with the 17" prop, is the 410 with power wedge in lift mode good enough or do you need the 450?

I believe it! I think the 410 will be ok but with that boat coming in @ 5200lbs the 450 would probably be better. I've been on a 2017 22MXZ with the 450 and it was money. The supercharged 550 won't be an option for Axis 2018.

Yea no 550 pisses me off.. if it had one I would probably have a boat on order already as I have told myself my next boat will have it... but the 450 with the 2:1 shoukd be pretty good.

I have the 450 with the older ratio and there's no way I will have anything with less power again. Can't believe they ditched the 550 though.

My dealer said they only sell a few 550s a year.. probably not enough money to be worth it for them.
