Axis put on the XD Rockstar wheels. Hope to get some better pics once some warranty items get fixed.

Nice rig there Nasty. I love the wheels, I have the gear alloy ones on mine. The wheels seem to always be noticed first. People even talk about the spare being the same wheel and tire. We usually ride mid afternoon to night. When we splash the trailer at night there eyes light up because of the run way lighting. People who buy Axis boats are crazy not to get this trailer. Everything down to the rear tie downs built on is great innovation. The only thing I see is funny with mine my trailer is bright orange. Since my trailer is galvanized and painter over it has the orange peel look like a car with a crappy paint job. Needless to say my trailer up close literally looks like the skin of an orange.

Nasty how far are you from San Antonio?

I'm just north of Houston (The Woodlands). I agree with you on the upgrade- and it wasn't a HUGE difference when compared to the standard tandem. Even the dealership reps were blown away. As far as the spare, I'm probably going to get a standard tire and put a black cover over it.

Does your dealer normally not order the boats with tricked out trailers

Not normally- I'd had everything I wanted on options, but I added the deck trac and tower mirror mount. It was shipped with a single axle and was a mistake, so I went ahead and upgraded to a tricked out. Where do you ride in SA? We ride the Trinity river. I'm about done with the lakes around here unless we're hitting the party cove for the day. Too choppy and too much traffic. Trinity is glass. Even on 15-20mph wind days, it's still nice.

Hey nasty I live in VA Beach. I have a lady friend from SA town I go and see. I normally ride here on the intercoastal. Since some parts look like rivers boats can come by and the water smooths of pretty quickly.

I was in Houston a couple of days ago and stopped by the shop and your boat was there Nasty. It looks dang good. I have to tint my windows, I like the look.

Yes the Trinity River is nice. Some people have a thing about riding rivers, but personally I love it down there. We will be coming back for sure.
