With the center zipper zipped and corners on the tower correctly it is impossible to get the support poles in, anyone else have this issue? If I unzip the center and loosen the corners they go in hard(wife can't do it), I'm thinking about shortening the poles slightly. Just curious if this is common.

Mine is very stiff as well. Seems to get easier the more you use it.

Mine is very tight, also. I can get the support poles in, but it isn't easy. I'm assuming it will loosen over time.

I was thinking this, but this is about the 10th time it's been out for the day and I don't think it's got any better. Looks like maybe another dealer issue

Mine is very tight too. I find it's a little easier if I release the corners. I'm think this is a good thing. When it's tight it isn't going to flap and rattle at all. Yeah it's a little tough to get the rods seated but not so much that I can't get them in place.

Mine was very tight when I first put mine up. Now I leave mine up all the time. I only have about a 1.5 mile trip from my storage to the dock. I did fight with mine the first day we put it up. Like said before, I think we got all the zippers zipped and then had to loosen the corners to get the poles in. Then pulled the corners back.

do you have to slide the bimini poles in from the bottom or the top? Mine was SUPER tight when I received the boat from the factory. I had to slid the bimini poles into the latches from the bottome. I took the latches off and flipped sides to you now slide in from the top. It is SO easy now. Pull down and lock or unlock.

YES! From the bottom, I will give that a shot this weekend. Thanks

That's a really good idea! I'll have to try it.

Dang, I should have tried that from the top. I fought with the bottom for a while. I am sure the wife would have appreciated that after I knocked her in the back of the head with one! LOL
