Report it to your dealer through an email so that they and you have proof of it being reported before the warranty ran out.

I should get it back from the shop in another day or two. The amp was bad. It was replaced under warranty (parts only at this point unfortunately as it was a 2015.)

This sounds like my problem too. I recently bought an axis A22 2013 boat and the interior alpine speakers and subwoofer have recently stopped working. The tower speakers still work but they will cut out if the stereo is turned up louder than 24 volume. Also, the sony stereo gets really hot to touch underneath it when only just turning the boat on. I have replaced the green 30 fuse in the amp but still the speakers will not work. I do not know much about sound systems so any help as to what could be the problem would be appreciated! Thanks so much!
