I am ordering a t23. I would be happy with 20% off msrp. I was just at a boat show and saw the surf boats (chaparral) with the volvo front drive. does anybody have any input or heard if they perform well. It looked like a good concept

Seen a couple promo videos. Wave looked soft and weak. The rider in the video was on a large old school wakesurf board. Looked like he needed the extra size to get any push from the wave. I'd stay away of it compared to a T23 you're looking at

thanks. I saw the video at the booth and have to agree with your assessment. Seems like the axis t23 is a really great all around surf and wake boarding boat for the money unless I want to spend north of 130k, which i do not. We are coming out of a1998 sun setter so this will be a huge step up in wake and overall comfort. Now to the big decision... color scheme.

Thanks all for input

Congrats! We went from a 96 SSLX to a T22, loved it!

I would skip the trailer step if I were you... not worth the $.

I carry a 12 dollar folding step stool in the back of the truck and it works fine.

Just my opinion.

Idk man, I skipped the trailer steps and I hate it every time I have to get in the boat. Short girls also hate it FYI.

+1. I didn't have it on my last boat and hated that I didn't know about it. It's like a $200 option. I ordered it on this boat because I no longer wish to carry around a $30 step stool to get people on/off my $60k+ boat. Everybody is different but it's really not a costly option.

I've never seen the need for trailer steps. I just hop up and carry on. The day I need steps to get into a wakeboat is the day I need to sell it. Everyone is different though and different priorities. Impress me with a bow ladder on the trailer like the G-series Nautiques have.

I'm with aj I'd rather have nautiques or supras bow steps if anything. I don't mind our cheap ass ladder for the females to board, my wife is 4'10" so she needs the ladder
