Thanks Shawn. Everything is ordered and hopefully I'll get to it sometime next week.

I've never seen one of those "dummy plugs". I'd like to find some for a 1" tubing. Please let me know if anyone knows of a source. Thanks.

I just put the bag & hose under the flip up seats , lift up seat drag out bag then start filling up. Once drained fold up bag & put back under seat, can only do that on the older model boats & no drilling holes.

Your dealer. They come plugged into every rear line on each new boat with plug and play. So there are four per boat. There's really no use for them one you plug in sacks so most dealers just remove them (and probably toss).

So I finally got everything in and thought I would do a quick parts list for anyone considering doing this

3M 5200
1" thru hull
1" thread to 1" barb connector ( can either be straight or an elbow )
1" ball valve (F to F)
1" ballast hose 20'
Reversible Ballast Pump
W743 Quick release connector
(2) W746 Quick release connector
W748 Quick release connector
(6) Hose Clamps
12 g. wire (20 ft)
12 g in line fuse holder
30 amp fuse
12 g ring terminal
12 g crimp butt connectors (10)
Wakemakers pre-wired switch connector
Ballast rocker switch
Ballast rocker switch cover
Ballast rocker mounting panel

Cost was around $350 and took around 8 hours. Pretty straight forward job.
My thru -hull had about 5" of space in between the gas tank and the fin and I used the existing drain as a landmark.
I mounted my pump on a piece of 3/4 wood that I glued to the floor
I think I had a little luck on my side when running the hose b/c it went through pretty easily
Cutting through the kick panel for the switch with a Dremel was a PITA
You will def. need a heat gun
