Here's some pictures of the center and bow ballast set up just so it's all in one place.

File comment: This is the fly high PNP bag for the A22. I'm not sure what weight is advertised but my best guess is a 650 that fills to about 500. It has a fill and a vent at the nose. As well as 2 drains, one down each leg. The bag lays the best as far forward as possible. You can pull the rear drains out a little to give more room. Just watch out for the bow eye bolts on the inside. I covered mine with some foam just to be safe.

File comment: Here's the fill and vent lines at the very front of the bow. The fill is towards the back and the vent is all the way forward.

File comment: This is the port side rear of the bag. It has a drain at the bottom and a fill with a check valve that runs up to the front of the bow

These are all the pumps located under the center access hatch. You can see the center tank at the top of the picture. The furthest left pump is the bow fill. Closest to that is the center fill. The bottom most pump is the bow drain and the furthest right is the center tank drain. All pumps are 1100GPH. All fill pumps have a shut off valve attached to them. Hopefully this helps someone out with the 2016's. I'll update how the vents work this week once I get on the water.

So all in all this setup is 900# stock. 1500# rear PNP. And realistically 500# bow bag. For a total of about 2900#s. I'll be adding another bag on top of the bow seats this summer. Either the ronix 950 pickle fork bag or just a regular 650 triangle.

After trying to add some vents to my PNP bags I decided to take some pictures of the PNP set up of my 2016 A22. There's a lot of posts about this but not many pictures. So this is just for anyone curious of the new set up as I believe it's a little different from past years.

As for the vents I added to no longer have to burp the bags manually... I still need to test it out on the water. I bought all the hose and bag fittings from wake makers. Everything is 1 1/8" this year for the ballast. However the stock vents and bilge are significantly smaller. I'd guess 3/4" maybe even smaller. So what I did was Wye into the drain from the stock tank. I see no reason why this shouldn't work. While draining if some of the water returns back into the bag it will ultimately just circulate back into the hard tank and then pumped out again by the drain. So basically the water might be circulating while getting pumped out. I'll update this week once I get on the water.

Note** All pictures show up regular on mobile but on a computer they all rotate to the left. Im not sure how to fix this so I'm sorry to computer users.

Nice write up, I did this exact setup a few weeks ago except I put the Y fittings a couple feet or less from the through holes, you are right that when your draining you will be circulating water until your empty so before I went out again I added wakemakers in line check valves between the Y and the sac to prevent the circulating and it sped up the drain time quit a bit. I have a 2016 A20.

Good idea Steve. I was concerned with there being a vacuum if somehow the draining caused a Venturi effect on the vent line. I'm glad to hear yours is working good for you. I'll keep those check valves in mind if I have any issues.

Here's a pic, I added the valves close to the Y, zero issues!

Instead of Y'ing into your vent line. I think it is easier, and cheaper, to pull your vent line from your hard tank and cap it. (I used the original PNP hose plugs that came with my boat and click into the fittings) Then run a vent line from your PNP bag and route it up high to the through hull fitting. This uses less parts and has been working perfect on my 15' A22.
