We got out to Lake Powell yesterday for a couple sets! It is only about a 3 hour drive from Grand Junction, CO so we did a day trip to try to get over the winter depression!

Air: 57, Water, 46 and butter! Not a bad day at all!

Are you guys wearing 5/4 suits? I surfed the weekend before last in my 3/2 but the ocean is 65*. The river is down to almost 50*...

4/3 wetsuits here but the water is 58* and the air was 65*. I always go by the rule if the air and water add up to over 100* you don't need a dry suit. but we've had a pretty mild winter this year.

Agreed on the dont 'need' a drysuit equation, but its SO much easier to get my butt into one.

Haha I usually run the dry suit until I can trunk it! No need to be cold!

Water 51 air 67. Temp are headed in the right direction. Hard to believe we had 8" snow Monday.

I rode a badass MXZ the other day. Air temp was about 58 and water temp about 54. The boat puts out a sick weight for stock ballast and wedge.
