 Post subject: Trailer tie downs

Should I be worried with the straps sitting again the edge of the boat? Think it will leave a mark after awhile? Does this look like everyone else's? I got these ratchet straps from cabelas.

I think your tie down hooks are in a better location? Mine seem to be higher up on the boat? I have an axis 2010 A22

There is no reason to use tie downs on the back of a v-drive boat. With the motor in the back you would have to hit a kicker and jump both the truck and trailer! haha

Trust me, you will notice the difference. My gf even noticed the difference as a passenger on our way to the lake.
