You guys are a joke. I switched mine from the lower hole to the higher hole. I rode from 11am till 4pm with no difference in the wake. None. Nada. My bolt was in the lower hole when I bought my boat. This thread created something out of nothing.

If you weren't able to see the difference then that's cool dude no problem... On the other hand it seems like most of the people on here and the people I know are seeing the difference... I'm talking people that could careless because its not their boat but they ride behind it all the time and can see the improvement.

It makes perfectly good sense to me as to where the location of the bolts are and why they would be there... as I am also riding behind two powerwedge LSV's regularly. I understand the position it would put it in and the 3/4 setting on the powerwedge and how it is similar... I'm still not saying it is as good as the power because it can't be that precise but it is pretty spot on and a great improvement in my opinion.

Oh and I don't consider myself a joke and I def do not think this thread has made something out of nothing.

Anyone try the lower position for surfing? Any difference in shape. Might try this on the A24...bigger is better lol

My bad. I misunderstood. haha.

Just to be clear though. The lower (empty) hole is the setting to simulate the most weight.

So let me get this straight. You You are using the holes that don't have the bolt in them? Does it still lock in t he up position when your done?

So what is the point of thr bolts if all they do is make the wedge not work as well?

They keep the wedge from going all the way down in the vertical position and hitting the rudder.

i don't have pictures of the wake but i do have images of the wedge in both locations. these images where taken from the exact same spot with a mini tripod so you can see the slight difference in the two bolt hole locations

Definitely a few degrees different when looking at your trailer ratchet strap.
