was the hose attached to the bottom of the sac? i could hear mine sucking too but it was on top so it couldn't pull the water up and into the hose.

My dealer had the drain valve on the wrong port of the bag see if you can trace the hose from the pump which should be visible from the hole beside the drivers seat and make sure it's connected to the lower hole of sac also make sure the hose is not bent in such a way that it has to suck up hill so to speak. Im just Assuming the pump is coming on.

So true about the dealers! Instead of "tracing" the hoses just unplug them turn on the drain pump and you will be able to hear the pump through the hose. Connect that one to the rear lower port and you are good to go.

i said trace because if his sac was full i didn't want to dump water all over the boat

Is it possible to just hook up one side of the rear plug & play with one sac? I have a leftover 750 from my old boat & I'd like to hook it up for surfing now until I can get another one for the other side. I really dont want to run all the hoses then have to do it again once I get the sac for the other side.

Well let us know the result!!

My other idea was to pull all the hose out from the pump. There could be a loop causing it not to be able to draft or prime.
