So we are 130 hours on our A20 now and the worst sounding thing took place. Came into the dock at the slightly wrong angle and then three rollers hit me into the corner of the dock and gave my boat an decent gouge to the side. I am a little nervous to hear what my dealer is going to tell me this will cost to repair and would like some best guesses before I drop it off at the end of the season coming up here soon. Anybody have any ideas and how hard it will be to fix this? Couple of photos attached to hopefully give a size reference.

I hope to never hear that noise ever again. ImageImage

I don't think it will be very expensive. I've done my own gel repairs. $60 gel kit, $10 in sand paper various grit wet/dry, hula boat compound, hula wax and sealer. A little elbow grease with the DA polisher using wool and foam pads from chemical guys.

I feel for ya. It sucks getting your first scratch on your new boat.

Nothing that the gel coat guy cannot fix.

I had a team rider take one of my boats to the burger shack. He tied up so the front of the boat slammed on the nose while they sat and had burgers for lunch. I had about 2 dozen marks down the nose.

$100 bucks and they were all taken away like magic.

Most shops don't do their own repairs. I would ask around your area and find out who the go to guy is.

As said above dealers usually are just a middle man and mark it up sometimes as well, talk to some people and find a good local place or just Google your area for fiberglass repair and gelcoat
