 Post subject: How to flush engine coolant?

I've tried looking in the manual etc to no avail. How would I go about flushing the engine coolant? I have a salt water series LS3. It has multiple coolant reservoirs, heat exchanger etc, so it needs to somehow be pumped out. Is it even something I can do my self or are special tools required?
