Trailer tie downs

I agree to a point, however if for some reason you have an accident it may save you some headache. I've seen where boats Jane come off the trailer into oncoming traffic when tie downs aren't used.

It's the law ... secure your load. A good bump will move the trailer/boat position too. Be safe today!

I think its ok for a 5 to 10 min drive to ramp but I still do it anyway ...... if you get in a crash (bad) I would hate for it to come off and land on you or the other parties involved. I realize that chances of that happening are slim but, it happens.
